Our first Montana DMV experience was perfect! We walked in with people greeting us with a smile on their face. Also, there was NO waiting period. You didn’t have to make an appointment, then show up and get a ticket number and wait up to four hours in line before talking to a person who cares nothing about you and looks miserable. It was the complete opposite. We were helped right away and we were in and out of the office in ten minutes. The DMV here is nothing like the California DMV’s. It was great.I was able to get my social security card, Montana drivers license, and voting registration completed all in one day.
